Bill Cooper, MBA, MPA, trains managers and executives how to achieve remarkable outcomes through his unique Cooper Model of Modern Management. Bill Cooper speaks from real world experience as a retired Chief of Police and Senior Manager in two Fortune 200 corporations. Bill developed the Cooper Model during a previous poor economy when his department was experiencing increased workloads without additional staff and resources. He is a Motorola-trained Six Sigma Black Belt and certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Bill has worked with many organizations in both the public and private sectors and has shown them how to achieve results beyond expectations. Bill has been featured on radio and in print, and his model has been the subject of or included in four graduate or doctoral dissertations in the US and another in the United Kingdom. His book is in four countries and more than 30 states, and his seminars and presentations across the country.

Bill is a professional speaker and delivers keynote addresses, presentations, lectures, and seminars. He is a member of the globally known National Speakers Association.
