I – Overview

The statistical analysis of pre-defined metrics describing the type, level and impact of, for example, crime, workplace violence, or other ongoing problem within an organization or community will predict future events. Based on historic trends, the model calculates statistical probability of a future event occurring.  This results in easily actionable change.

 

VI – GETTING STARTED:

The Cooper Model begins with an on-site assessment and the development of a strategic plan based on the client’s identified objectives.

 

One of the key points of analysis is the current  information collection including specific metrics based on your  issues.
